The effectiveness of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programmes have been extensively examined by numerous independent scientific organisations around the world. The University of Massachusetts Medical Center has put together a short video on MBSR research as well as a two-page research summary of medical and psychological benefits of MBSR.
